오늘은 어제에 이어 인도네시아 발리 여행 시 사전 입국 필수 서류 준비 편입니다. 먼저 발리 여행 시 필수 서류부터 다시 한번 확인해 보겠습니다.

Required Documents for Entry to Indonesia(Bali)

 

2023년 4월 기준

1. 코로나 백신 2차 접종 영문 증명서
2. 도착비자 (VOA or e-VOA)
3. 전자 세관 신고서 (ECD)
4. 리턴 항공권

As of April 2023:
1. Proof of completion of the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination (in English)
2. Arrival visa (Visa on Arrival or e-Visa on Arrival)
3. Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD)
4. Return flight ticket

현재 발리 여행에는 입국 비자가 꼭 필요합니다. 해당 비자는 체류기간에 따라 1) 도착비자 와 2) 방문비자 두 가지 종류가 있으며, 구입방법은 현지 도착 후 입국 시 공항에서 구입 가능한 1) VOA와 사전 온라인을 통해서 신청 가능한 2) e-VOA 가 있습니다. 

 

Please note that currently, an entry visa is required for traveling to Bali. There are two types of visas based on the duration of stay: 1) Visa on Arrival (VoA) and 2) Visit visa (Business/Tourism). You can purchase them either at the airport upon arrival or apply online in advance for the e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA).

인도네시아 입국 비자 / Entry Visa for Indonesia

비자종류

체류기간에 맞춰 구입 필요

1) 도착비자: 기본 30일 + 추가 1회 30일 연장하여 최대 60일 체류가능
2) 방문비자(비즈니스/관광): 기본 60일 + 추가 회당 60일씩 연장하여 최대 180일 체류가능(최대 2회 연장)

구입방법

1) 공항에서 현장 구입 (VoA)

공항 내 "VoA(Visa on Arrival)" 부스에서 현장 발급

발급비용 Rp 500,000 or USD35

 

2) 전자비자 (E-VOA)

발급비용 Rp 519,500(기존 현장발급비용+전산수수료 Rp19,500)

입국 2~14일 전 신청 권장

 

*도착 후 여권에 입국도장 찍힌 시간 기준, 1일로 계산
*오버스테이시, 벌금 100만 루피아/일
*여권 만료기간 6개월 이내일 경우, 비자발급 불가합니다.

*발급일로부터 90일간 유효

 

Visa Types

1) Visa on Arrival (VoA) Basic 30 days + 1 extension for an additional 30 days, allowing a maximum stay of 60 days.
2) Visit visa (Business/Tourism) Basic 60 days + 1 extension for an additional 60 days per extension, allowing a maximum stay of 180 days (up to 2 extensions).

Methods of Purchase:

1) On-site purchase at the airport (VoA):
Issued at the "Visa on Arrival" booth within the airport.
Issuance fee: Rp 500,000 or USD 35.
2) Electronic Visa (e-VOA):
Issuance fee: Rp 519,500 (includes the regular issuance fee and Rp 19,500 for processing).
Recommended to apply 2-14 days prior to arrival.

 

Please consider the following:
- Calculation of the stay period is based on the time stamped on the passport at the time of arrival (counted as one day).
- Overstaying will result in a fine of 1 million Indonesian Rupiah per day.
- Visas cannot be issued if the passport expiration date is within 6 months.
- Valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

60일 이내의 단기 여행객일 경우, "도착비자"를 구입하시면 됩니다. 가장 주의하셔야 할 사항은 여권 만료기간이 6개월 이내로 남은 경우, 비자발급이 불가함에 따라 여행 전 여권 유효기간을 꼭 확인하세요.

 

For short trips within 60 days, you can purchase the "Visa on Arrival. However, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months before your trip.

 

비자는 현장 구입과 전자 비자 발급이 가능합니다. 저희는 깜빡하고 있다가 여행 전날 eVOA를 온라인으로 신청하려고 했더니 일반적으로 신청과 동시에 발급이 되지만, 혹시나 오류가 생길 가능성 때문에 오래 기다리더라도 현장에서 구입할 것을 결정하였습니다. 

 

Both on-site purchase and electronic visa issuance are available. We forgot to apply for the e-VOA online the day before our trip. Although online issuance is generally immediate, we decided to purchase the visa on-site to avoid any potential errors or delays.

 

1. 현장구입 (VoA) / On-site purchase

 

비자현장구입 vs. 전자비자

 

사람이 많아서 아주 오래 기다릴 수도 있다는 얘길 듣고 비행기 도착과 동시에  아주 열심히 빠르게 걸어갔습니다. 공항에 도착하면 현장 비자구입이 가능한 VOA사인과 E-VOA사인이 있습니다. 현장 구입하시는 분들은 왼쪽으로 전자 비자를 사전에 발급받으신 분들은 오른쪽으로 가시면 됩니다.

 

As the airport tends to be crowded, we quickly walked to the visa booth upon our plane's arrival. There are separate signs for on-site visa purchase (VoA) and e-Visa (e-VOA). If you are purchasing on-site, go to the left, and if you have pre-applied for the electronic visa, go to the right.

 

인도네시아 비자 현장구입가격

 

현장 비자 구입 가격은 500,000루피아 또는 US$35, 55,556원(Apr 04,23 기준) 등 입국 날짜에 따라 환율에 따라 조금씩 변동이 있으며, 다양한 화폐로 결제 가능합니다. 온라인 비자 발급비용보다 수수료정도 조금 저렴하며, 현금뿐 아니라 VISA, Master 등 신용카드로 결제가능합니다.

 

The on-site visa purchase price is 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah, USD 35 or 55,556 Korean Won(as of April 4, 2023), subject to exchange rate fluctuations based on the arrival date. Payment can be made in various currencies, including cash, VISA, and Mastercard.

 

현장 구입한 인도네시아 비자 영수증

 

저희는 싱가포르에서 도착한 시간이 마침 공항이 한적한 시간이라 전혀 기다림 없이 바로 비자를 구입과 입국까지 한번에 할 수 있었습니다만, 한국에서 출발하시는 분들은 한국발 발리행 항공편들이 대부분 비행기가 많이 몰리는 시간이라 30-45분 정도 기다리셨다는 분들이 많으니 전자비자를 미리 구입하시는 것을 추천드립니다.

 

If you are departing from Korea, be prepared to wait for about 30-45 minutes as flights from Korea to Bali tend to be crowded during peak hours. Therefore, we recommend pre-purchasing the e-Visa in such cases.

 

2. 전자 비자구입 (e-VoA) / Purchase of Electronic Visa

인도네시아 이민국 공식사이트(위 링크)를 통해 비자를 사전 신청하시면 됩니다. 

 

You can pre-apply for a visa through the official website of the Indonesian Immigration Office (the link provided).

 

인도네시아 비자

 

현장에서 비자를 구입 후 이민국에서 입국 심사 시, 여권과 함께 구입한 VOA영수증을 제출하면 여권에 이렇게 단기 비자를 찍어줍니다. 입국 심사는 특별한 질문은 없이 지낼 호텔만 물어봤습니다.

요즘 자동입국하는 국가가 많아져서 여권에 도장 찍지 않는 곳도 많은데 인도네시아는 스티커에 도장까지 찍어주니 괜히 기분이 좋네요.

 

After purchasing the visa on-site, when going through immigration inspection at the immigration office, submit the VOA receipt along with your passport, and they will stamp a short-term visa in your passport. During the immigration inspection, they only asked about our hotel accommodation without any specific questions.

These days, many countries have implemented automated immigration systems that don't require stamping on passports, but in Indonesia, they still put a stamp on the sticker, which feels quite nice.
